Booking Deposit / Cancelation Fee

1. Consultations for Facial & Body treatments with our beauty consultants are totally FREE. However, at the time of booking we will ask for a fully refundable £25 deposit to secure your appointment and this will either be fully refunded after you attended your consultation or deducted from the cost of treatment/products you purchase. Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us 48 hours prior to your appointment and if failure to do so will result in the deposit being taken away by the clinic.

2. For face to face consultations with our Doctors (Includes: injectable treatments, HIFU Face & Neck lift and ZO^® Skincare) we will ask for a fully refundable £50 consultation fee to secure your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us 48 hours prior to your appointment and if failure to do so will result in the deposit being taken away by the clinic. PLEASE NOTE: Any appointment with our Doctors will not receive a refund on attendance as this consultation is chargeable at £50, However the full amount of deposit will be credited into your account with us and will be fully redeemable on your purchase.

3. For all bookings involving [Recommend a friend scheme] you & your friend will be asked for a fully refundable £50 deposit to secure your appointment for ANY TREATEMNTS. Should you & your friend need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us 48 hours prior to your appointment and if failure to do so will result in the deposit being taken away by the clinic.

Any appointment with our Doctors will not receive a refund on attendance as this consultation is chargeable at £50.

Any appointment with our beauty Consultants, the £50 deposit is fully refundable after you attended your consultation or deducted from the cost of treatment/products you purchase

In the event that under the scheme one of the persons had already attended the clinic and claimed the discount, then the £50 deposit for their friend in the scheme will be non-refundable but will be credited into their account and fully redeemable on their purchase.

1. Your course fee is refundable however as the course is not completed, therefore the discount provided initially will no longer applied. Therefore, you amount will receive will be deducted by the discount we provided for the treatment that you already had.

2. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund process to complete.
